LeAnna Thomas brings a well-rounded background in both mortgage lending and real estate transactions to her role as Pre-Closer at Heritage Closing Firm. Originally from Houston, Texas, LeAnna attended Texas Southern University before relocating to Greenville, South Carolina, where she began her career in the real estate industry as a mortgage loan closer.
Driven by her passion for helping clients navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions, LeAnna went on to obtain her real estate licenses in both South Carolina and Georgia. Her diverse background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the closing process, allowing her to anticipate challenges, maintain clear communication, and help ensure every transaction moves smoothly from contract to closing.
At Heritage Closing Firm, LeAnna works closely with Realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to coordinate the many details involved in a successful closing. Her commitment to organization, responsiveness, and exceptional client service helps create the seamless experience that Heritage is known for.
Outside of the office, LeAnna enjoys spending time with her son, Byron, serving the community through their local church congregation, traveling to new destinations, and expressing her creativity through writing and music. A self-proclaimed movie enthusiast, she also enjoys reviewing and discussing films across a wide range of genres. Her passion for connecting with people and appreciation for storytelling make her a valued member of the Heritage team.
