PAUL M. YACU serves as a Partner and President at Heritage Closing Firm. Paul is a seasoned real estate attorney with nearly two decades of experience in handling residential and commercial closings. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed more than 15,000 transactions, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant closings for clients across a wide range of property types. Known for his attention to detail and client-focused approach, Paul has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the real estate industry.
In addition, Paul has accrued over three years of experience representing landlords, in particular, conventional banks and mortgage lenders in post-foreclosure dispossessory hearings.
Outside of his professional career, Paul is devoted to his family, enjoying life with his wife, Sandra, his son, Oliver and their four-legged son, Charlie, in Alpharetta.
